Steelers vs. Buccaneers: Game Thread

Max Starks and Casey Hampton are back, but the Steelers will be without their second- and third-string quarterback. That’s right, it’s Charlie Batch’s first start since 2007.  On the upside, he’d be the first backup on most other teams.

    1pm: Tenn Titans at NYGiants
    4pm: Indy Colts at Denver Broncos

    WEEK 4 – Sunday Oct 3rd
    1pm: Balt Ravens at Pitt Steelers
    4pm: Wash Redskins at Philly Eagles

    Fox is showing “Football.” Doesn’t say which game.

    Will make do with AudioPass and GameCenter again.

    /High-five’s GretzAlso, this via Dale Lolley: “Early word has it that both Emmanuel Sanders and Antonio Brown will be active. But that could change between now and game time, specifically because of the heat index, which will be in the 90s.”

    Seems like Hills should be activated. Can’t have too many fat guys in the rotation if it is in the 90s.

      Somebody pointed out (maybe on Twitter, can’t remember) that Ramon Foster is active, which makes sense now that Max is back and Trai is out.
