Steelers Lounge Podcast #45: Chris Fuamatu-Ma’afala

The 2011 NFL Draft is in the books and this is the podcast where we talk about it.

For a team picking at the bottom of every round, the Steelers made Friday through Saturday pretty exciting. (By the way, you may or may not want to know this, but according to one of the Tampa papers, the Bucs said that they would have likely passed on Prince Amakumura with the 20th pick if the Giants hadn’t taken him at No. 19. Which potentially adds all sorts of intrigue until you remember that Kevin Colbert has no issues patiently waiting his turn.)

Anyway, we go in-depth on Pittsburgh selections 2-7, spend some time discussing Keith Butler’s Saturday press conference (it’s one of the most insightful presser’s you’ll see), take a look at how the other AFC North teams did last weekend, and wonder what the 2011 Steelers might look like if Ike and Willie Colon return (there have been mentions in the Pittsburgh media that both want to stay).

Jabberin’ starts promptly…
