Post 8th Circuit Opinion - Brady v. NFL

I will post in here anything I hear about the 8th Circuit's pending opinion. Odds are good you all will hear about it before I do, but as soon as it comes down I will do a brief reaction here.

Any other news or comments will be put in this thread as well. In the meantime here is the opinion granting the temporary stay pending the full appeal of the trial judge's granting of the preliminary injunction:

Tough to tell what this means. Looks like the one dissenting judge is strongly in the players' corner but you can't tell much from the other two. Just because they voted for the stay doesn't tell us anything about their ultimate position on the issue.

No problem guys, glad I could help.

As another comment on this process the good news is that the courts are hearing this case on a fast track. This is good because we can at least shake out all this legal posturing now and then hopefully the players and league can reach an agreement before camp would start and we can get something resembling a normal season.
